Sam's Club

 

Sam’s Club offers a $10.00 discount to NWACC employees on any new and/or renewal Sam’s Club membership.  There are 2 membership options via payroll deduction:

Basic Membership ($30.00)

Advantage Plus ($90.00)

Complete the payroll deduction form (pdf)and submit to Human Resources.  Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing.
