Sam's Club

Sam’s Club offers a $10.00 discount to NWACC employees on a new and/or renewal of a basic membership.  A Basic Membership of $30.00 is available through a one-time payroll deduction. 

NWACC offers enrollment for current full-time employees once a year during the annual open enrollment period.  New employees are eligible to enroll within 30 days of their hire date.

Complete the payroll deduction form (pdf)and submit to Human Resources.  Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing.
