Interlibrary Loan Request Form

This service is provided to NWACC students, faculty & staff. For students, the first 3 loan requests per semester are provided at no cost. There is a fee of $3 for each additional request. The individual borrower is responsible for any overdue fines and the cost of lost or damaged items.

Please check our library catalog and your local library to insure that the item is not available conveniently there before submitting an ILL Request. Your request may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. For contacting you promptly, please be sure to provide your phone number as we will need to verify your request by phone or in person before we begin the loan process.

NOTICE WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS

The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction.
