Admission Documents

To protect the privacy of your information and to comply with U.S. Department of Education regulations, we can no longer accept documents by email. You can submit them one of three ways:

  • Upload the document to: https://api.nwacc.edu/lss/finaid/filedropbox/
    • You must have a My NWACC login to use this option
  • Bring the document to the International Programs located on the 2nd floor of the Student Center
  • Mail the document to NWACC, International Programs, One College Dr., Bentonville, AR 72712

English Verification Check

All new F-1 and J-1 students must meet the minimum English requirements to become a student at NWACC. Most students take the TOEFL, but there are other ways.

Consent to Release Academic Information

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)  law, NWACC is not allowed to release your academic information to anyone without your approval. To approve other individuals, please submit completed form to Enrollment Services.

Compliance Form

All new F-1 and J-1 students must sign the above Compliance Form before they can start taking classes at NWACC. This is usually provided at the on-campus orientation which is 7 days before the first semester. If you miss this orientation, contact International Programs.

Express Mail Request Instructions

If NWACC accepts you as a future student and you are issued an I-20 then you must request Express Mail using University Express Mail Service (UEMS) to your home. You must have the original I-20 in your possession prior to your Embassy interview appointment. Please read the above instructions for assistance.

I-94 Fact Sheet

The I-94 is given to students as they enter the country. It is very important to understand this document and hold onto it.

It is important to get involved on campus to alleviate culture shock that may occur during a student's first semester. The International Ambassador Program's goal is to spread intercultural knowledge across campus and the community.

International Financial Statement Form

In order to receive an approved I-20, international F-1 and J-1 students must submit a financial statement form with proof of funds from a bank statement (bank statement must be within the last six months). Please submit this to the International Programs office for acceptance.
