How to apply for a grant at NWACC
The following is a step-by-step checklist of the procedure for applying for a grant on behalf of NWACC. If you have any questions throughout the process, please contact the Office for Grants for assistance.

Create an idea for possible funding

Locate a funding source

Working closely with your department head or supervisor, complete the NWACC Grant Request Form

Receive approval and signatures from your department head or supervisor and your cabinet representative. Submit the completed form to the Office for Grants.

The Office for Grants presents the Grant Request Form to the NWACC College Cabinet for approval.

Once approval is received, write the grant proposal working closely with your department head or supervisor and receiving budget approval from the Restricted Funds Accountant.

Completed proposal are submitted to the NWACC Office for Grants for final approval.

The Office for Grants is responsible for submitting all NWACC grant proposals.
