VNet - Arkansas Video Users Group
VNET, the Arkansas Interactive Video Network, is the Network for Compressed Video Users in the State of Arkansas (formerly "Starnet"). The group is primarily comprised of CIV coordinators, facilitators and technicians from higher educational institutions. Some administrators and faculty are also participants.
