Please see a list HERE of browsers that are supported by our version of Blackboard CE. If your browser is not listed as "Compatible" or "Certified", you may experience problems with some features of Blackboard.

Problems with Uploading and Attaching files

Several features in Blackboard require Java to be install correctly on your machine. This includes the file browser that allows you to upload and attach files. Please go here to learn how to install Java on your computer.

Problems with Downloading Files

The most common reason for problems downloading files is browser security settings blocking the download. Sometimes a yellow security bar will pop-up at the top of the screen, and you can click on it to allow the download,. To lower these settings to allow downloads, please go here for more information.
