English as a Second Language (ESL) Schedule
The Adult Education Center of NorthWest Arkansas Community College is offering free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. Spring Semester starts on August 26, 2009, and ends December 16, 2009. To register for classes, visit us at 2800 North Second Street, Rogers, AR. For more information, please call 986-6911. For information in Spanish, please call 936-5185. You may also visit the college website <www.nwacc.edu> to access information on adult education classes.
The Adult Education Center has an ESL Computer Lab with language software for reading enhancement, listening comprehension, grammar, cultural enrichment, and preparation for the TOEFL, citizenship, and GED (High-school equivalency exams). An instructor is available during all open lab hours to help students with their language skills and to instruct students on how to operate the computers and to use software programs.
