Interview Preperation-

Students In Free Enterprise and NWACC are creating a mock interview event for the students in the Marketing Analyst Program. Eight local business leaders in Northwest Arkansas have volunteered their time to be the interviewers. There are 24 Students in the Program that will have hands on experience in a real life interview from possibly their potential boss.   Each student will go through a series of 3 interviews at 10 minutes each.  The interviewer will critique the interview with a format given to them by SIFE.  Once the interviews are over the business leaders will then have the opportunity to express their tips on interviewing.   The SIFE team will be facilitating the event.  We will make sure that everyone knows where to be at what time.  After the interviewers have given their time to us, we will give the students a questionnaire on what they have learned from this event and what could have been done to make it better next time.

This year NWACC SIFE will be operating with UofA SIFE to allow greater participation for local students by having seperate competition and the bringing the winners of each together for one final competition
