Home Page Photo Album National GBP SiteSharing and CaringThe Sharing and Caring program is an annual event for the NWACC Gamma Beta Phi Chapter. This year, we plan to sponsor fourteen area children. We will sponsor eight children through the Sharing and Caring program, and six children through the Angel Tree Program at Elmdale Elementary in Springdale. Each child is assigned a number by the program, and we are sent wish lists for each number. We put this information onto ornaments attached to a Christmas tree as in the picture below. The tree is placed outside of the elevator in the Burns Hall lobby, and students and staff are able to pick children that they would like to purchase presents for. Gamma collects the new, unwrapped presents, fills in any missing items, and transports them to the distribution point.
