 
President:
 Edward CandlandThe specific duties of the President may be divided
into four categories: guiding the policies and activities of the
chapter, presiding at meetings, appointing committees and seeing that they
function, and optimizing public relations.
Vice President:
 Andrea Mutzhaus
The Office of Vice-President is significant and
important. The Vice-President must be ready and able to assume the
responsibilities of the presidency in the event that the President is
unable to serve out his or her term. The Vice-President also presides at
meetings should the President be unable to attend. The Vice-President is
often a training ground for future presidents, and it might be desirable
to have someone other than a senior in this office. The Vice-President is
the President's right hand and should do his or her utmost to fulfill the
assignments given by the President. The Vice-President should serve as
Chair of the Publicity Committee.

Secretary:
 Misty Piazza
The effectiveness of the chapter depends, to a
large extent, upon prompt attention to the duties of the office of
Secretary. The Secretary should communicate periodically with National
Headquarters in order to be knowledgeable about what materials are
available from Headquarters and see that they are used properly and not
wastefully. It is the Secretary who requests diploma seals, completes the
Application for New Member Certificates, etc. The specific duties of the
Secretary are: Keeping Membership Records, Keeping Minutes, Taking Care of
the Chapter's Correspondence, Miscellaneous Duties

Treasurer:

Teresa Beatty
It is the specific duty of the Treasurer to receive,
safeguard, and disburse the funds of the organization and to keep a
complete and accurate record of all financial transactions. He or She
should be prepared to give a financial report at each business meeting and
a summary report at the last meeting of the year.

Historian/Reporter:
 Kathleen
Parker
The Historian is responsible for keeping a record
of our chapter's activities in a scrapbook. The scrapbook can be
judged at State and National Conventions. The Reporter is
responsible for maintaining the chapter's web site. These duties
will be completed by other officers as needed until the positions are
filled.
