Fall 2009, Spring 2010, & Summer 2010

Students are financially and acedemically responsible for all classes in which they enroll.

Students must pay for ALL classes in which they enroll by January 12, 2009 to remain in their classes.

Credit Students that have not paid their account in full or have not set up a FACTS Payment Plan by January 12, 2009 will be DROPPED from their classes.

After the payment due date, January 12, 2010 If a student is dropped, they can re-register via Web registration, but must pay in full or set up a payment plan by 6:00 p.m. the following Monday, or they will be dropped from their classes again..

STUDENTS NOT PAYING THEIR ACCOUNT IN FULL or STUDENTS THAT DO NOT HAVE A FACTS PAYMENT PLAN WILL BE DROPPED FROM CLASSES.

Residency questions?

In-District Residents
A student is considered an In-District student if they are a legal resident of either the Bentonville or Rogers School District for at least six (6) consecutive months prior to the first day of classes of each semester or term.

Out-of-District Residents
A student is considered an Out-of-District student if they are a legal resident of the State of Arkansas for six (6) consecutive months prior to the first day of classes of each semester or term, but have not lived in the Bentonville or Rogers School District.

Contiguous Counties

Legal Residents of Barry or McDonald counties in Missouri or Adair or Delaware counties in Oklahoma receive in-state/out-of-district tuition.

Out-of-State Residents
A student is considered an Out-of-State student if they are not a legal resident of the State of Arkansas for six (6) consecutive months prior to the first day of classes of each semester or term, but are a citizen or legal resident of the United States.

International Students
A student is considered an International student if they are not a U.S. Citizen or legal resident and have met all requirements as enforced by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. International students pay tuition plus a $15.00 per credit hour international fee.
