In-District Residents
A student is considered an In-District student if they currently live and have lived in either the Bentonville or Rogers School District for at least six (6) consecutive months prior to the first day of classes of each semester or term.

Out-of-District Residents
A student is considered an Out-of-District student if they currently live and have lived within the State of Arkansas for six (6) consecutive months prior to the first day of classes of each semester or term, but have not lived in the Bentonville or Rogers School District.

Out-of-State Residents
A student is considered an Out-of-State student if they have not lived within the State of Arkansas for six (6) consecutive months prior to the first day of classes of each semester or term, but are a citizen or legal resident of the United States.

International Students
A student is considered an International student if they are not a U.S. Citizen or legal resident and have met all requirements as enforced by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. International students pay tuition plus a $50.00 per credit hour international fee.
