Submissions Guidelines

Visions accepts submissions of poetry, short fiction, and digital artwork year-round. The only criterion for publication is excellence. Please follow these guidelines:

• Works to be considered for publication should be submitted as e-mail attachments in either Microsoft Word (.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf) formats ONLY. Artwork should be in either the .jpg or .gif formats ONLY.
• Poetry: Send no more than three submissions to the poetry editor. Any length is acceptable, and please include the word "Submission" in the subject field. We do not accept previously published works or simultaneous submissions.
• Short fiction: Send no more than three submissions to the fiction editor. Any length is acceptable, and please include the word "Submission" in the subject field. We do not accept previously published works or simultaneous submissions.
• Artwork: Send no more than three submissions to the art editor. Please limit file sizes to no more than 1 MB, and please include the word "Submission" in the subject field. We do not accept previously published works or simultaneous submissions.
