2343: Crime Scene Investigation

A comprehensive study of the techniques and procedures
used for approaching and protecting the crime scene, survey and
documentation, collection of fragile and easily destroyed evidence,
detailed search of the scene, package and initial evidence collected,
process the scene for latent prints, maintain the chain-of-custody
and transport or mail evidence. The legalities of crime scene
searches and seizures, from the initial entry into crime scene
to the presentation of the physical evidence in the courtroom.
