Mission Statement

The mission of the NWACC Division of Business and Computer Information is to provide a comprehensive selection of business and technology-related programs using a variety of different delivery formats, with the purpose of developing educated persons, prepared for either entry-level positions in a specific field, or transfer to a four-year college or university. An entrepreneurial and scholarly environment will be nurtured andthe growth and contributions of both the faculty and students will be valued and encouraged. The department is committed to maintaining current, and creating new, partnerships and articulation agreements with secondary school systems and senior institutions to provide integrated educational opportunities for students seeking to be life-long learners.
