Student Records
- A transcript is the official copy of your permanent academic record. It contains confidential information that cannot be released to anyone other than you without your written permission.
- Student who need to request a copy of Immunization records, Placement test, Unofficial copy of High school transcript and Unofficial copy of other college transcripts will need to print this form and return it to the student records office.
- Students will want to request a degree audit only if they plan to receive a degree from NWACC.
- A degree audit identifies the progress a student has made toward an NWACC degree plan.
- Determines the specific credits that NWACC has awarded to a student from another institution.
- If your name or address changes, please notify the Admissions office (Student center 204) in writing as soon as possible.
- The Admissions & Records Office strictly enforces the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA). Student records will not be released without the written consent of the student.
- Students who need to drop a class when EagleNet is not available need to print this form and return it to the Records Office.
- Students needing an enrollment verification will need to print this form and return it to Student Records.
- Enrollement verificatuion requests for third parties, such as insurance or loan companies, will need to go to www.studentclearinghouse.org.
- Students who would like information about graduation or to fill out the graduation application.
