Student Records
- A transcript is the official copy of your permanent academic record. It contains confidential information that cannot be released to anyone other than you without your written permission.
- Students will want to request a degree audit only if they plan to receive a degree from NWACC.
- A degree audit identifies the progress a student has made toward an NWACC degree plan.
- Determines the specific credits that NWACC has awarded to a student from another institution.
- If your name or address changes, please notify the Admissions & Records Office (Student center 215) in writing as soon as possible.
- The Admissions & Records Office strictly enforces the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA). Student records will not be released without the written consent of the student.
- Students who need to drop a class when EagleNet is not available need to print this form and return it to the Admissions and Records Office.
- Students who need to provide verification of enrollment for their insurance or loan companies will need to print this form and return it to the Student Records office.
- Students who would like information about graduation or to fill out the graduation application.
