Veterans needing information
regarding their claim status or eligibility may call (888)442-4551. Chapter 30, 1606 and 1607 veterans who need to verify their monthly attendance
to the VA may call (877) 823-2378 or access the website www.gibill.va.gov. If you access the VA website,
you just click on the link called WAVE (web automated verification of enrollment) and follow the prompts. The mailing address is: Department
of Veterans Affairs, VA Regional Office, PO Box 8888, Muskogee OK 74402-8888.
To receive VA benefits, the VA regulations state that all veterans must be pursuing a standard college degree and making Satisfactory Academic
Progress (SAP) toward that degree. If you have questions regarding SAP, you may contact the Office of Veteran's Affairs at NWACC by calling
(479) 619-4231. The following chart will be utilized to compute SAP for veterans.

Veterans who are hearing impaired may call (888) 829-4533 for telephone assistance with any VA matter. You will need a telephone adapter
installed on your telephone that will transform the message or dialogue into a digital reading.
Online information and website resources www.gibill.va.gov are offered by the Veterans Administration.
The website illustrates information about educational forms, FAQs, emailing the VA with a specific question, foreign schools, new and pending legislation
affecting your benefits, regulations and procedures, entitlement programs and more. Check it out. There is something of interest to everyone.
