Staff Biographies
Lynda Lloyd- Director

Lynda is a native of northwest Arkansas and a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Human Resource Development and a Master of Education with a concentration in Workforce Development. Currently Lynda is pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Workforce Development at the University of Arkansas. Additional certifications include MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) personality assessment, as an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, and recently completed GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) training. Professional affiliations include NCDA (National Career Development Association) and NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers).

Lenora Sotlar- Career Counselor
Lenora is a transplant to northwest Arkansas from Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and her Master of Education in Community Counseling from Xavier University. Lenora is a Licensed Practicing Counselor and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Walden University. Lenora’s professional affiliations included NCDA (National Career Development Association) and ACA (American Counseling Association). She initially joined NWACC as psychology faculty and brings extensive experience in career counseling from a position with University of Cincinnati.
