Tents and umbrellas were the order of the day as Coleman Peterson, chairman of the Northwest Arkansas Community College Board of Trustees, made opening remarks at a groundbreaking ceremony for the Shewmaker Center for Global Business Development at the college in Bentonville on Thursday.
